· 5+ years in a program management leadership role in a relevant industry · Proven track record of success in roles of increasing responsibility · Demonstrated ability to influence others, both internally and externally · Strong communication skills (written and verbal) · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment · Ability to establish credibility and work with key internal partners to get things done · Experience driving continuous improvement in programs that positively
