Come define the future of Amazon Alexa and voice-powered connected devices by joining the Alexa Voice Service (AVS) Business Operations team! We are looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed program manager to develop and manage new initiatives across AVS teams and business partners. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and optimize existing programs to improve outcomes) and at the tactical level (working closely with cross-functional teams to drive ideas to completion). The ideal candidate will have a track record of operational discipline, ownership in driving business results, ability to influence others and collaborate cross-functionally, and have the ability to think big. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, high ambiguity environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. Key responsibilities include: · Owning and optimizing our product development process and associated

· 7+ years’ experience in operations, product management or marketing;· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at context switching and interacting with all levels of organization; · Strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and to manage by influence; · Demonstrated ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences up to the senior executive level; · Track record of inventing and simplifying; comfortable driving results in high ambiguity environments.
