We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Acquisition Program Productivity and Readiness who will be responsible for the overall acquisition program design and performance, including developing measures for overall program health and identifying process bottlenecks for the Delivery Service Provider Acquisition team. · Bachelor’s degree · This leader has 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or sales excellence with a proven ability to deliver results and improve the overall customer experience · Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking ambiguous concepts and turning them into successful structured programs with metrics to measure impact. · Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to push past roadblocks. · This leader can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. · Strong ability to influence· MBA · Prior Recruiting
