Organize specialized, Microsoft wide, virtual teams to improve the security posture. Own definition, solution proposals, execution and operationalization of multi-year security programs around Identity Management, Isolation, Getting/Staying Secure and other broad security topics. Lead and drive progress of all programs against a schedule. Collaborate with other engineering teams to align services and optimize resources. Be accountable to Partner and CVP level leadership. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in security engineering 3+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies that relate to the above topics (Azure, Active Directory, SQL, etc.) Bachelor of science or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged situations; ability to deal with ambiguity; great cross-group and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt quickly to lead
