MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Own and execute HR software and service delivery initiatives in order to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. Work globally with business owners, technology and HR partners at all levels to understand strategy, requirements, and timelines and map those to global HR and/or Payroll initiatives. Lead complex, large scale projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product or system from initiation through delivery. Gather complex business requirements and write clear and detailed functional and design specifications. Identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project within budget. Assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance
Primary Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or Software Development Manager, Business/Systems Program Manager or related occupation.
