The Azure SQL Database Security and Connectivity team, which is part of the SQL Research and Development organization, is looking for a senior Program Manager who will help define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the connectivity area for Azure SQL Database with a focus on security. As part of their job, the program manager will interact with senior leaders in Azure, the field, marketing, and the Azure compliance team.
The successful candidate will also engage deeply with customers about their cloud strategy in general and their connectivity, security and compliance requirements in particular. It is the job of the program manager to understand usage patterns, compliance requirements, potential gaps in our portfolio, as well as overall user experience, and to support our engineers in the resolution of customer incidents.
