In order to develop products and services that fit customers' needs, we must have a deep and empathetic relationship with our customers. This role owns the development, maintenance, and nurturing of the Windows Customer Connection Program (CCP). The goal of the CCP is to develop a great two-way relationship, where our most important and future-forward customers will deeply engage with our engineering team to better align our directions, while at the same time helping our engineering teams to develop products that specifically target top customer concerns and operating challenges. This role is key to our strategy of improving the "speed to value" that customers experience with each Windows release.
Responsibilities include: Recruit customers to Windows Client CCP Remove non-engaged customers from the Windows Client CCP Onboard customers to Collaborate and set them up for active participation in our community forum Organize and run multiple customer events each year to connect customers and feature teams Run survey process for feature teams reaching out to customers and facilitate deeper engagement as needed Run weekly webinars covering what is coming from engineering team and issues of concern for customers Establish and maintain communication channels for the community including Yammer and
Qualifications include: Excellent organization and planning skills Community development experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with customer adoption or technical adoption programs Experience working and communicating with engineering teams Experience with enterprise customers and enterprise IT
