Amazon.com's Business, Industrial and Scientific Supplies (BISS) team is changing the way we procure products by becoming a one-stop shop for business and industrial customers requiring a broad range of items. We are one of the primary categories that is groundbreaking our way into the B2B market segment by rethinking how Amazon categories should approach selection, pricing, and customer awareness. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to take a leadership role in building one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses. You will own all operational initiatives related to Dropship Program across multiple categories and work directly with multiple vendors, management and internal teams, such as Amazon Global Inventory Planning, Delivery Experience, Centrral Dropship team and NA Operations to figure out the best way to meet the various customer requirements such as stabilizing speed, reliability, and cost. Education and Experience: · 6-8 years of experience in Retail, Retail Buying (Wholesale), Category Management, e-Commerce Channel Sales / Marketing, or Supply Chain / Inventory Management · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Industrial Management Skills and Competencies: · Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail with solid organizational skills · Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation · Consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results · Attested ability to work in a
