Our team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive key cross-company programs related to the Whole Foods Market and Amazon’s grocery strategy. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business/retail problem solving, gloves-off execution, and managing a large group of business, tech and leadership stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results with material business impact at scale, managing large, complex programs with clarity and a bias for action, with best-in-class written and verbal communication skills. Our team has recently kicked off multiple large programs which this Sr. Program Manager will take from their nascent stage and bring over the line. The Program Manager will work closely with Product, business and tech partners across Whole Foods Market, Amazon Physical Stores, Prime Now, Fresh and a variety of upstream service teams. · Relentless customer focus and obsession · Demonstrated ability to deliver large, complex programs with high quality in a timely fashion · Experience in relationship management with both external and internal teams · Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with both engineers, associates, and executives · Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills· MBA · Experience in grocery retail
