· 3+ years of Product or Program Management experience in a complex environment · Demonstrated skills in developing Program roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new Programs, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing. · Successful record of implementing new systems and processes with measurable results, ability to build tools and frameworks that facilitate deployment and change in a complex organization · Excellent writing skills · Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects · Strong verbal communication and presentation
