Amazon’s Time and Attendance (TAA) Team within PeopleTech is growing. We are forming a new Policy Collection Team responsible for the collection, review, simplification and finalization of time and attendance policy requirements for all new system implementations. As a Policy Collection Program Manager on the team, you will help build a scalable, efficient process that enables TAA to implement best-in-class Time and Attendance solutions. You will work with business owners, HR partners and technologists to understand new and existing regulatory obligations and specific business policies and develop and continuously improve the tools used to collect and document the corresponding requirements, resulting in a comprehensive library of reusable policy information. This role can work remotely with expectation of 25% travel to Seattle. What is Time and Attendance all about? We’ve all heard about 24/7/365. That’s 8,760 hours in a year. - Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology related field - Advanced degree or 7+ years of prior experience gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements as a business analyst, program/project manager, or in a similar role driving continuous process improvement - Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment - Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with both business and technical teams - Payroll or Time Management Systems related experience or similar experience in a compliance related role - Experience implementing and
