Amazon's Customer Service (CS) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their Business Critical Assignment (BCA) team, reporting directly to the CS Global Change Leader. The successful candidate will be a key member of the BCA team and the broader Global Organizational Development Team (ODT). You will be responsible for driving high-visibility CS programs that directly impact the customer experience and performance of WW CS. You will be responsible for creating a program management framework to identify, drive, track and communicate solutions to business critical issues. You must be an experienced Program Manager who has owned and delivered complex expansion programs preferably within the customer service sector. You may also be an experienced product manager who has delivered technology solutions by assessing user needs and coordinating with technology developers. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, with the ability to define, design, and drive

· 5+ years’ experience in project/program management and facilitation of process improvement initiatives across business operations and technolgy · 5+ years’ experience influencing executives, managers, and business leaders to drive well-executed change · Experience communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization · Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment at all times · Fluent English (written and oral) are critical to the role.· Non English language skills would be advantageous but is not essential · Experience as a product manager, implementing
