Amazon is seeking an experienced program manager to join the centralized Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team. This role requires working with compliance, product, technical, and legal teams to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions, and drive innovative solutions for increasing compliance rates for last-mile third-party carriers and reducing Amazon’s risk exposure. This position involves regular communication with compliance stakeholders on the state of risk mitigation. We are looking for an individual who can influence across cross-functional teams. TRC’s remit is to drive compliance and risk management mechanisms for Amazon’s transportation businesses serving as a secondary assurance function, supporting Last, Middle, and First Mile, as well as external suppliers of these transportation services and products.
