The Heavy/Bulky Delivery and Services program envisions Amazon to be the preferred destination of choice for Customers purchasing a large item (e.g., Furniture, Major Appliance, Exercise Equipment etc.). This program cuts across the end-end Discovery, Purchase, and Post-Purchase lifecycle for Customers, for both products and services. This program spans across a wide variety of fulfillment channels, technology, business and operational teams across Amazon world-wide.
