As a program manager on the team, you will: Own and drive the customer outreach, engagement, and growth charter Work with customers on a daily basis and build successful long-lasting relationships with them Synthesize the finding from key customers and provide an-ROI based feedback and plan to the team Own and drive customer care and modern learning at scale and bring that into delightful and productive experiences Partner with our stakeholders and create collaborative working relationships
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 5+ years professional program management, preferably in v1/startup environments Preferred Qualifications We are a v1 product, that requires everyone to own and lead the product holistically to success Obsession with customers, understanding their business needs, understanding their scenarios and use cases, synthesizing across a wide set of requirements, and identifying a winning formula with the top and majority of customers.
