The Ethics and Society team sits within Cognition and guides the organization's development of innovati ve tech towards ethical, responsible, and sustainable outcomes . To support and execute on the Ethics and Society team vision, we need an experienced and passionate senior level PM to help us turn our product -shaping engagements into clear implementation guidance and policy for our Cogn ition engineering partners . This new position will help us drive a virtuous policy cycle within Cognition that starts with the needs of the people most likely to be impacted, and ensuring we have implementable requirements for our engineering teams but extends to influenc ing cross-company policy

Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, psychology, p olitical s cience, p hilosophy, or equivalent 5 + years (post education) in a policy , risk management, governance or compliance-related field operating in a corporate setting Strong knowledge of current policy conventions, tech ethics, and AI technologies Experience developing technical education curriculum Exceptional program management and communication abilities.
