The AWS Networking team develops, delivers, and operates the network platform for all of Amazon and our customers. We are currently looking a leader who would enjoy the freedom to address a business issue using his or her own design. The role requires a dynamic, large-scale and program management leader who can lead multiple initiatives across the globe. This leader is expected to drive business outcomes through different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading, and having the ability to “roll up his or her sleeves” and jump in if needed. Specifically, in this role you will be accountable for the global ordering and management of all Networking Deployment Spares. You will create analysis and mechanisms to determine and maintain
· BS or MS degree or equivalent experience. · 4+ years of project/program management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. · Demonstrated ability to manage project/task prioritization, procurement, project planning and schedule development. · Proven success of influencing and developing productive working relationships with resources and internal or external customers. · MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field · Global Project Management experience · Experience with sparing management based on Annual Failure Rates (AFR) and Annual Replacement Rates (ARR) ·
