The Amazon Prime Video User Experience Design team is seeking an Sr Studio Operations Manager. As studio manager you will be at the heart of the Prime Video User Experience team, which includes designers, researchers, and program managers, helping to set every team member up for success. A strong candidate will be a well-organized multitaskers who can deliver results, while juggling multiple responsibilities of varying complexity. They are the first point of contact for logistical and operational challenges, and are known for minimizing those challenges by anticipating and delivering against the needs of the studio. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required - 5+ years' administrative experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Impeccable attention to detail - Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and outside parties. - Creative, frugal approach to problem solving. - Occasional travel may be required - Prior experience as a studio manager - Demonstrated
