Office is moving towards a more hypothesis-driven development model, where data and insights sits at the center of how we ideate, prototype, ship features and drive adoption. This includes using data for driving top level exec metrics, action metrics for feature teams, metrics for experimentation scorecards, guard rail metrics for measuring reliability and quality of the product. This team sits at the center of all this, working closely with data engineers and data scientists to define, iterate, measure the product, create reports/ visualizations/ workflows that enable engineers to use data in the most efficient way. The team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to deliver and build the next generation of metrics to measure global engagement and iterate on the existing reliability metrics. You will collaborate with partner teams within OXO Growth Data Scientists, App teams within OXO and across the company to build metrics sets.

The candidate would be responsible for Understand the requirements for data and signals talking to various teams Come up with clear requirements for metrics sets, that are SMART – Specific, Measurable, Accurate, Relevant and Time based Creating a broader roadmap of metrics sets, via whitepapers/ broader scoping memos to drive alignment across various teams Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to define and iterate the metrics sets, drive the requirements for reporting and associated diagnostics workflows
Core skills Ability to multi-task on various projects, for short-term and long-term pipeline efforts The ability to go deep on technical challenges, this role is all about understanding and building the right toolset for office developer community Ability to develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities and drive project execution Ability to build strong relationships and deliver results in cross-group projects Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations, with a strong 'Get it done' attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience Experience building big data
