PIE Observability builds experiences and infrastructure to enable device and service telemetry, collection, ingestion, transformation, monitoring, analysis, and consumption, to increase understanding and insights of clients, devices, systems, users, customers, services, and business -- first and third party. Geneva, the first party ingests 44 PB of logs per day, 16 billion events/min and 10 billion active time series per min. Azure Monitor is our 3rd party monitoring offering built using the same underlying platforms as Geneva for metrics and logs. This world-class infrastructure is used by Azure Monitor and Platform Health for all Azure customers to reduce the time taken to identify root cause (platform vs application issue). There is significant opportunity of exposing out of box insights to the On-Call engineer for helping them understand the issue and help with mitigation/root cause.

As a program manager, you can sell your ideas and communicate crisply and concisely to all levels of the organization as your claims are Customer focused, backed by data analysis and ruthless attention to detail. You can get work committed and delivered by your partner teams when you need it, and not when they say they can deliver it because you have convinced them of the value to our customers and have suggested innovated approaches to delivery. You will be responsible for driving the 1st party and 3rd party requirements for Geneva health system. Geneva health enables stateful monitoring of services
* Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager leading a platform service. * Understanding of monitoring and cloud computing technologies is desired - Azure Core Platform; Compute, ARM, Storage. * Proven record of building technical and business relationships with senior stakeholders. * Agile development methodology - Track record of working closely with development teams. * Exceptional decision-making and prioritization skills, conflict resolution, community building, and follow through. * Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to speak with influence and impact.
