We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our amazing PM team to help us drive product experiences across different partner teams. This person has the ability to take on highly ambiguous and, in some cases, conflicting issues and drive them to resolution. We expect this person to partner deeply with engineering as well as the myriad of Azure partners (internal and external) to help shape Azure Portal, and contribute to the long term Azure strategy.
Our team is looking for a Senior Program Manager who can demonstrate strategic thinking, customer empathy, teamwork, a can-do attitude, and brings high-energy to shape and drive customer impacting initiatives across Azure. Being part of the Commercial eXperiences team, your responsibilities will include driving the following areas: Build technical depth in existing tools built by us and our partner teams and use that knowledge to improve Azure supportability Collaborate with Azure stakeholders to understand their customer scenarios and areas to improve through analysis Define program and measures
Required Bachelors in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience 5+ years Program Management experience Preferred Demonstrated customer focus and end-to-end thinking for technical projects Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across large teams Resourceful at finding the right stakeholders and driving stakeholder work streams Passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through Strong track record of making others around them great Experience building cloud services a plus
