The 1ES PM Team is looking for a program manager to help drive changes in engineering processes, tools and services that Microsoft engineers use every day with the goal of helping them to move from ideas to shipping features faster, and with less friction.
The initial focus of this role is in the 1ES Test area. In this role you will focus on engaging with numerous Microsoft teams and our internal 1ES team to understand requirements in the testing space, build strategic plans, track execution and report on success metrics for one or more of our company wide test initiatives. You will be managing dependencies across several partners teams and constantly focusing on delivering value that improves engineering satisfaction and productivity at Microsoft. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals 5 -7 years' experience delivering features into commercially shipping software products/services Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated cross team collaboration and project execution capabilities Thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
