The AmazonFresh / Prime Now Customer Insights and Analytics team is looking for a passionate and solution and data-oriented Sr. Program Manager to build analytical solutions and robust processes that deepen our collective understanding of customers, influence innovation, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable driving complex analysis and who is able to manage quantitative planning/processes, coupled with a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about customer, business and operations implications. You will encounter a wide range of problem solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis. The insights that you deliver drive strategic decision making for partner teams and are critical inputs to influence the way we think about our grocery business. · Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics or related field preferred. · 3-5 years of direct experience in quantitative research or analyses. · 3-5 years in program/project management. · Advanced Excel skills. · Experience utilizing SQL and applying quantitative outputs to strategic and operational implications. · Experience building processes, project management, and launch plans at scale. · Ability to structure data analysis to support business objectives. · Enthusiasm for developing new ideas and creative solutions. · Ability to work successfully
