Manage an end-to-end CRM/Customer Engagement modernization/enhancement effort to ensure all internal Microsoft teams supporting ISV's are utilizing one system to manage, track, and support partner ISV's building business applications. Capture key business requirements from various stakeholders to build a system that encompasses a 360 degree view of Microsoft Business Application ISV partners.
