Amazon is investing in new products for learning and is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to build out a key program. We are a customer obsessed team and design is central to our customers' experience. This is an opportunity to experiment in an exciting new space from the ground up and shape the rapidly growing domain of enterprise and personalized learning. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning on their own time, is confident in their ability to deliver user stories with little to no guidance, and is a team player. A successful candidate will have strong program and project management skills and must have the ability gather business requirements and partner with the various stakeholders to plan, deliver, test, deploy, and improve solutions. You will need to roll up your sleeves and have a high level of ownership and accountability
· 7-10 years in Program Management, delivering complex products · Knowledgeable in SQL · Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across functional teams · Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. · Excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be comfortable engaging with executive management. · A Bachelor’s degree is required. · Experience with product management methodologies
