Are you passionate about driving innovation in health? Come join us as we build the next generation of technology at Microsoft! This is a unique role within the Artificial Intelligence and Research NExT team to develop and deliver new technology incubation. We're looking for a program manager with experience launching products and working with early access partners. This role specifically works with the incubation and development of new technology that supports management of digital health data in the cloud. The right candidate for this position will be comfortable in a start-up environment and ready to take on multiple responsibilities, primarily focused on building the core services that customers use to store, manage, and analyze their health data in the cloud.

- Create, evolve, and communicate specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive, compatible, iterable scenarios that span multiple feature teams and enable the multi-year vision. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and optimize messaging and supporting collateral to enable marketing, selling, and support for feature areas. - Partner with the sales field to ensure stakeholder readiness. - Establish or improve systems to manage product feedback from customers and resolve issues. - Define and evolve ecosystem support resources for the duration of support lifecycle, such as
Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a Master in Business Administration (MBA) or related field. - 5+ years of experience in bringing software products/services to market. - 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies Preferred: - Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence. - Experience working with external partners including Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Solution Integrators (SI). - Experience with technology in the healthcare industry is a plus.
