Amazon.com is expanding the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Small and Light Program and we are searching for a leader – Senior Program manager to drive the growth of Selection, Inventory, and the improvements in the customer and seller experience. We have identified numerous technology and programmatic levers to drive the growth of this program and need a senior leader to execute and guide the path for “doubling down” on these initiatives as well
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in other technical field required · 6+ years of experience in product/program management and operations · Advanced Excel knowledge required. · Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across functional teams · Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. · Enthusiastic about continuous improvement modeling, as well as establishing and measuring success
