Alexa is the name of the Amazon cloud-based voice service that powers Echo devices, the pioneering Amazon AI designed around your voice. Our vision is to build a computer in the cloud that is completely controlled by your voice. That vision can only be achieved if we are able to maintain an excellent customer experience as new features are developed by Amazon teams and external developers. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced, creative, and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this high profile role, you will help define and champion the vision for Alexa as it relates to making it simple for our customers to move between Alexa experiences, identify and build new cross-organizational products that help Alexa move towards this vision, and then measure how effectively Alexa is tracking to it. You will collaborate with numerous product, design, user research, development, voice technology experts and other internal and executive teams to identify, define, and
· Bachelor’s degree with a business related discipline · 5+ years of professional experience in a product management role (or other coordinative role involving responsibility for prioritization, requirements, and design) for technical products with technical customers · 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. · 2+ years of experience delivering consumer software products and services. · MBA or Master’s degree, psychology, sociology or a related discipline strongly preferred · Experience with voice-based products and technology, particularly related
