Looking for an opportunity to move fast and make a global impact? Want to help take our ‘everything store’ to new customers in countries where there is no Amazon today? The International Expansions (IE) organization’s charter is to rapidly expand Amazon’s retail presence globally, partnering closely with category management, technology, and product teams across Amazon, to deliver the world’s largest selection to our international customers. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive the product roadmap for all performance marketing channel and own marketing workstreams that will help launch new marketplaces. As a successful candidate, you will have experience managing multiple traffic channels and have the ability to influence and successfully onboard them for new marketplace. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, passion for innovating and problem solving and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to

· 8+ years in Performance marketing, product management,or program management · Proven ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities · Proven ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations · Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers · Flexibility to accommodate off-hour calls with other geographies · 5+ years of proven experience owning and driving end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple technology
