We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in establishing Microsoft as the industry leader in AI.
In this role you will be leading our strategy, messaging and communications for our AI ethics initiatives. This includes partnering with the internal stakeholders defining Microsoft's principles on responsible AI development, helping customers, partners, organizations and governments to define and implement their own guiding principles, and bringing to market initiatives to promote the usage of AI for pressing society challenges, such as solving humanitarian issues, and create a more sustainable and accessible world. • 5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience with a proven track record of successfully leading initiatives at (global) scale. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Deep understanding of the Artificial Intelligence space, and the ethical themes for AI development such as fairness, transparency, or privacy. • Ability and experience to work closely with a very senior product development team, act as their partner and be able to shape product plans with a collection of influence strategies. • A profound sense of ownership and accountability is absolutely required alongside
