Stored Value team Amazon Gift Card
The Amazon Gift Card business is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar global business which significantly contributes to Amazon’s profitability. The Consumer Gift Cards and Stored Value team is responsible for creating and enhancing multiple products sold globally through the Amazon website. Our product line includes electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, branded gift cards (e.g. Starbucks and Whole Foods) and Stored Value products which help customers manage and add funds to their existing Amazon Gift Card balance. This role is a single-threaded global product leader for Amazon Stored Value products and platform. Amazon Stored Value products help customers manage and use their Gift Card balance to pre-pay for their shopping on Amazon. Grow issuance and improve the customer experience for existing set of products (Reload, Auto-Reload) including managing and prioritizing WW roadmap with a dedicated technical team. Lead strategy for envisioning and defining the Stored Value platform
Basic Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years) in product management/development/business management and a record of successful product delivery or 5+ years of relevant experience with an MBA · 3+ years of experience working with UX Design, Usability Studies, and UAT · Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers · Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization · Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical
