Are you passionate about social change AND great technology? We are looking for a creative, and mission-oriented product leader to drive new retail experiences for traditionally-underserved customers on Amazon, including for the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program pilot and related complementary customer-facing programs. As a Senior Product Manager you will have ownership and responsibility through the full product cycle from customer feedback and research, analytics and product strategy, prioritization, development, and measurement to adoption and iteration. Product Managers work backwards from the customer and define and prioritize requirements to meet our customers’ unique needs. This requires strong leadership skills and interaction with Amazon’s cross functional teams to drive the development and enhancement of our products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be motivated by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment,
· 6+ years of relevant work experience in product management/business management in a fast-moving environment and a record of successful product delivery or 3+ years of relevant experience with an MBA · Experience in developing and evolving products · Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization · Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on data · Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management · Strong attention to detail, excellent organization
