The AWS Identity team builds secure identity, authentication, and authorization systems for the AWS Cloud. Our products provide the core authentication and authorization technologies used to access all AWS services (such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and Amazon DynamoDB) and help customers meet their individual identity and access requirements. Amazon Cognito is a key service in our portfolio which enables customers to add user sign-up, sign-in, and access control to Web and mobile apps quickly and easily. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sr. Technical Product Manager to drive new identity and access management features for our customers. You should be passionate about helping customers operate more securely in the cloud. As a key member of a small team, you will be charged with driving our product
· 5+ years product management and/or business leadership experience in a technology context · Experience defining products, iterating through product cycles, and conducting business evaluations (such as defining business models or customer segmentation) · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred· Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating user-friendly product features · Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort with pro-forma financial and operational analysis · Implementation orientation;
