We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented, user-centric Senior Product Manager to help us make Alexa more delightful to our customers and more valuable to our developers. This is an opportunity to build something new and unique for consumers and to solve complex problems for our developer by working on cutting-edge technologies. In this role you will own the customer experiences that will drive some of our most important goals for Alexa. You will be responsible for defining and driving these experiences and the SDK features, APIs, and developer-facing tools that enable them, all with the goal of creating rich interactions on all Alexa-enabled devices. You will work cross-functionally across the Alexa Skills organization to ideate, build, launch, and optimize your products. This includes Engineering, Business Development, Developer Marketing, Consumer Marketing, PR, Finance, Business Intelligence, and others. You will create business requirements documents and develop and own a
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline · 5+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or technical product management · MBA or Master’s degree · Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines · Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules · Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with mobile technology, web services and back-end application infrastructure · Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully
