We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our “Ownership Experience" team driving a completely new type of journey on Amazon.com. We will look at a wide variety of datasets such as contextual purchase behavior, personalization, usage, customer reviews, catalog, etc, and ensure that customers maximize the value of their products beyond the point of purchase. Amazon has incredible selection, convenience, and value, but customers don’t shop for a TV or a laptop the same way they shop for a new phone case or a book; And most of the time when you return to Amazon today, it’s like starting the conversation over again.
