Amazon's Finance Technology organization (FinTech) builds and maintains the finance technology platforms and services that enable new business growth, compliance with financial and tax reporting obligations, and analysis of our financial data. Through our products, we aim to maximize time spent by Finance teams on high value analysis, reduce the growth of operating expenses, and improve the vendor experience. - 5+ years of experience in product management on technical products in a multinational environment - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or 10+ years equivalent work experience - Proven track record of delivering technical product solutions - Experience leading large project teams along the path from specification, resource planning, delivery, testing to deployment - Strong written and communication skills, combined with capability to adapt the message across all levels of the organization - Experience working within Finance teams is preferred
