We are looking for a strong Sr. Product Manager - Tech (Sr. PMT) to own and drive product strategy focused on improving the post-purchase customer experience. The role is global in scope, and requires you to be comfortable thinking big for long term results, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds with a broad range of stakeholder groups (Retail, Operations, Tech) to execute and bring your vision to fruition. You will drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents (PRFAQs), definition of business requirements, technical implementation,
· Bachelor degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience in product management · Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with engineers and executives, both technical and non-technical.· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field. · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas. · Exceptional customer relationship skills
