Amazon Last Mile Technology is the team that enables super-fast delivery for Amazon. We build products and technology that enables the stations and drivers to deliver your packages, large items, and restaurant deliveries from their last stop to your home. We need rock star PM-T's to lead several new initiatives across the Last Mile. Ship With Amazon (SWA) enables Amazon to not only deliver packages, but also to pick up packages from businesses and customers and ship on their behalf. We are building a new team to ensure that Last Mile pickups work as smoothly as Last Mile deliveries. The Senior PM-T will own the vision and product roadmap end-to-end for Last Mile SWA, driving results through a dedicated 2-pizza development team as well as partner teams across the Last Mile. This role is inherently cross-functional—this leader will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams to bring products
· Business and technical focused education background (STEM education). · 5+ years of product management, with at least two owning a technical product. · Proven track record of shipping customer facing products with proven business value. · A history of translating customer insight into features that customers love to use. · Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support. · Successful when working across a range of teams, including engineering, research, UX, and marketing. · Strong analytical and quantitative
