Do you want to give leaders at Amazon the tools to design effective and peculiar organizations? Are you a seasoned Product Manager who has built decision-support products that help leaders distill large amounts of data into meaningful insights? If so, join the Global Talent Management (GTM) organization as we help leaders build and maintain Day 1 organization structures at Amazon. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager that can help us Invent and Simplify on a complex topic that impacts how each Amazonian works. We are building a product that will help leaders at Amazon gain deeper insight into the structure and operations of their org today and Think Big about what the future of the organization might look like. You will partner with research teams and subject matter experts to translate Amazon’s org design philosophy into actionable next steps for leaders. Your primary goal is to develop a product that helps leaders Be Right a Lot in their org design decisions, providing relevant insights
6+ years of Product Management experience in technology organizations 3+ years working at a software company focused on customer experience with a large number of users Quantitative background with proven ability to synthesize and make sense out of huge amounts of data to make it simple and actionable for product users Strong written and verbal communication to gain buy-in for product vision and crisply communicate product status updates Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional specifications, conducting customer research, informing user testing, and launching new products
