Our team, "Research and Discovery", is inventing novel ways for customers to research products on Amazon. The teams' mission is to make Amazon, the customers’ preferred destination to discover, learn about, research and select products and services. To make Amazon more useful for upper funnel shopping discovery, we are transforming our shopping experience from transactional to resource-rich by surfacing content and programmatically guiding customers through personalized shopping journeys. Join our team and and help us solve customer frustrations, by creating user experiences that delight customers, and help them make more informed decisions on Amazon. Our team is lean and operates like a startup, we own product, engineering and all the resources needed to define and deliver end-to-end products. You will be joining a successful team with direct control of the resources we need to succeed.You will report directly to the Business and technology leader, a tenured Amazonian. You will work closely

· Proven track record of product ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment. · Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills· MBA welcomed but not required · Experience in B2C or retail product management · Data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets · Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions. · Experience launching new products Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Female/Minority/Disability/Veteran/Gender
