Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) Finance is seeking an experienced candidate to lead the development of financial analysis system. The system will integrate multiple financial and operational systems, incorporate actual cost reporting and create unit cost and profitability simulation based on the supply chain designs. The successful candidate will work with internal client groups, third party partners, and the AGL technology organization, and leverage existing Amazon financial systems to create the best-in-class profitability management capabilities. The candidate will be able to gather large amounts of data to determine current state as well as determine impact to the business of technological change they are designing. Responsibilities will include: - Leverage internal and external industry best practice, collect business requirements from multiple stakeholders and create the product design to meet short term and long term needs - Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, desired
· Bachelor's degree required · Proven background and prior experience in a product management role in logistics or supply chain industry · 2+ years P and L analysis experience · Working knowledge and familiarity with Transportation Management Systems · Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners · Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data · Fluent in Excel and SQL · MBA/MS supply chain-related discipline preferred · Technology savvy · Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks
