Amazon Softlines is looking for a creative and entrepreneurial leader to join an exciting and fast-paced team. We are revolutionizing the multi-billion dollar Watches and Jewelry (J and W) industry by working to bring best in class shopping experience. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own an end-to-end Product Lifecycle from ideation to execution. You will define strategy by working backward from customer pain points, set a bold vision, craft product roadmaps, and detailed requirements with the long-term vision in mind. You are exceptionally well with leading through influence. A successful candidate will have experience managing complex business and technical challenges, and have the ability to influence and successfully drive initiatives forward. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively
· 5+ years program or product management experience in a technological or e-commerce industry preferably retail. · A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects, taking a project from a non-existing state/idea to scoping requirements through actual launch and support of the project. · Ability to earn trust of engineers as well as product teams and stakeholders · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. · Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. · Bias
