Product Management Team Global Retail Training
The Global Retail Training Product Management Team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to contribute to our mission of supporting Amazon Retail Employees across the world with localized training content. Our goal is to enable retail employees to reach proficiency within their function in the least amount of time, and continue to provide resources and support as they continue development in their role. Sr. Product Managers on the Global Retail Training Team own content curation and development for our eLearning and blended learning courseware - which may include developing and maintaining course materials, new hire curricula, specialist and SME curricula, tool/system launch training and adoption management, operational readiness testing, surveys, quizzes, quality metrics and other available tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess learning and skill development from launch through mastery. The Sr. PM in this role will be responsible for defining and prioritizing content needs
