With over 600K employees and rapidly growing, Amazon is looking to reimagine our onboarding process to deliver a positive experience for Amazon new hires across the globe. The Global Onboarding Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead the redesign process through the entire product life cycle from customer insight generation, ideation, testing, and launch of a new Onboarding Program. In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across various organizations that include Recruiting, New Hire Orientation, Learning and Development Professionals, People Technology, IT, Legal/PR, and HR Business Partners across various Amazon businesses to design the product and processes that deliver an ideal new hire experience. The end result is a scalable and effective onboarding program that meets the needs of Amazon businesses and delivers a solid new hire experience through leveraging new and existing
· 7+ years of experience in product management. · Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business, marketing or communications.· MBA or other relevant Master's Degree · Advanced analytical skills with an ability to test, validate, and measure process quality · Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an environment with multiple stakeholders and significant ambiguity. · Proven ability to drive and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment. · Process oriented: can learn and see processes, recognizes broken processes.
