The Financial Disincentives team is responsible for removing the financial incentive for Bad Actors while accurately and fairly paying millions of third-party Sellers. We protect Amazon Customers and control funds disbursed to Sellers by calculating how much of a Seller’s funds should be reserved and recovering Seller bad debt. Our vision is to ensure bad actors never receive a dollar from Selling on Amazon, with minimal friction for good Sellers, clearly communicated policies, and accurate calculations. We are looking for a creative, experienced product manager for Amazon’s Marketplace Financial Disincentives program. This program will require a candidate that can work cross functionally to drive bad debt reduction projects across multiple verticals. Our team has WW scope and responsibility for both removing the financial incentive for Bad Actors and mitigating Amazon’s financial exposure. Your primary responsibilities will be leading projects across cross functional teams to achieve our

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering or technology - 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and provide leadership in cross-functional environments - Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles to develop processes at scale. - 4+ years experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements.- Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
