Amazon’s HR Services-Employee Engagement (E2S) Team is looking for an innovative, organized and resourceful HR Product Manager to own and execute product launches of Amazon’s employee engagement Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and manage project resources. You will work with business owners, technology and HR partners at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines in order to map that information to support the implementation of large-scale, cloud-based Salesforce service management initiatives across global regions. The ideal candidate will be highly detail and task oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. · B.A. or B.S. in Business or other related field. · 6+ years of product management experience. · Experience working in HR operations or related HR area. · Proven ability to work on own initiative. Can act decisively, promptly and confidently. · Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines and to flex and switch from one focus to another depending on what is priority for the business or team at any particular time. · Proficient multi-stakeholder management
