Amazon is seeking an experienced candidate interested in disrupting the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale. The qualified candidate will bring their technical expertise and have the ability to directly impact the building of new tools, services, and distribution structures across Amazon’s growing footprint. The role is responsible for building out our Global Customer Service Experience as a function of our International Transportation Services offered to Sellers. This person will be responsible to develop the product roadmap and critical success criteria to manage all client segments. Working with partner tech teams, this role will be responsible for developing technical requirements for our Customer Service Systems and also develop critical features required in our Operating system for both internal and external use. Setting the bar high to have a great seller experience as defined by our Strategy will be a critical success factor for this role, as well as

· Bachelors Degree · 7+ years of experience in Customer Service Product management, owning and driving end-to-end product development from concept to customer-facing launch, across multiple technology, business, and design teams. · 3+ years experience in writing business requirements to tech teams. · 3+ years experience in Agile or equivalent software deployment mechanisms. · 2-5 years experience in business process outsourcing or centralization of functions. · Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business or other related discipline. · Experience in Transportation/Supply
