In this role, you will be responsible for bringing a strong customer focus to CX improvement across product detail pages, brand store, product imaging, etc.. You will define the problem(s) we are trying to solve, desired customer experience, vision, tenets, and influencing a product roadmap and vision to deliver the best-in-class CX for our brands on Amazon to increase conversions. This role will need to collaborate closely with multiple

· 5+ years of relevant work experience. · Ability to conceptualize, scope, prioritize, and execute projects to strict deadlines. · Demonstrated experience in developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps · Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across categories or other departments · Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment helping bring structure and delivering results · Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills · Bachelor's degree required·
