The Amazon Consumer Electronics team is looking for a highly motivated, customer obsessed and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to improve the shopping experience for Office Products customers. As a Sr. Product Manager, CE Shopping Experience, you will ensure our customers have authoritative information about Office products and can discover them wherever they shop on Amazon (across phones, tablets, or PCs). You must be a self-starter and be experienced in building customer-facing features in an ecommerce environment. You must have strong project management skills, a high degree of ownership, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders. Primary responsibilities of this role include: - Developing customer insights and a thorough understanding of the Office market segment, including emerging trends and best practices for the customer shopping experience – online and offline - Identifying
- Bachelor’s Degree - Professional experience ideally in an online, retail, e-commerce or consulting environment - Proven project management skills with coordination across multiple teams - Ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements - Creative thinking and problem solving - Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas - MBA - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer electronics - Possess deep industry understanding and be conversant with online technologies - Have a strong track record of shaping business
