The AWS Financial Experience Team builds and operates the back and front end platforms that enable customers to understand their financial status and pay for services. Our services generate and send financial documents to customers, collect payments, and account for revenue. As a product manager you will help customers do business with AWS, including adding new ways to pay, improving how we design and create invoices, streamlining business processes and improve profitability with more robust features and process enhancements. This is a highly visible role. You will be the business owner, working with customers and senior management to guide our business. The Product Management team is looking for individuals with strong product and program management to develop services and features. You will manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will frequently work directly with your customers and partners to understand their needs from both a business
· 5+ years product management experience in technology focused business. · BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics, MBA strongly preferred · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Superior analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience defining and supporting product strategy, roadmap definition· Five years of experience with finance, accounting, procurement, payment methods or, payment processing · Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills, ability to write SQL queries · Prior experience managing technical products or online
